Mould Structure:

1.Die head: Shape profile through high temperature,plasticization and extrusion,As following details:
1)Let plastic plastic from spiral motion into straight motion
2)Produce essential forming pressure,which make the extrusion
3)Make plastics further plasticized
4)Let the plastic solution shape the required cross-sectional 

2.Calibrators:Cool down and form the profile,As following details:
1)Cooling and shaping the shaped profile from die head
2)Stabilize and exact profile shape and size through cooling,pressing and vacuumming.

3.Water tank:Cool down the profile further and form the final profile
4.Heating plates and other spare parts
